In my role as an Implementation Manager at Adyen MEA, I honed my project management skills by overseeing complex integrations from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful implementations.

Customer management was a key aspect, as I worked closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provided tailored training and technical guidance throughout the process.

This role allowed me to build a strong internal network, collaborating across multiple teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. I also gained valuable insights into how large organizations operate, which improved my ability to navigate corporate environments.

Additionally, I developed the ability to effectively highlight the unique selling points (USPs) of Adyen’s solutions, helping customers understand the advantages of the platform in addressing their business challenges.

Presales Engineer 2 years

In my role as a Presales Engineer at BMB Lebanon, I was introduced to the world of presales for the first time. I had to quickly adapt and understand how sales teams think in order to create successful pitches that aligned with client needs and sales strategies. I worked closely with the implementation teams to gather estimations and develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring feasibility and clarity for all stakeholders.

This position marked my first step into creating business requirement documents and technical proposals, sharpening my ability to translate technical details into business value. I also transitioned from a ‘look how it works’ mindset to a more impactful approach of ‘let me show you why this helps you,’ focusing on the benefits rather than just the features. A key part of my role involved developing demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs), allowing me to showcase practical solutions to customers and demonstrate their direct impact on their business goals

I managed tasks for a large number of customers, organizing solutions and ensuring timely responses to their needs across multiple product lines, which enhanced my ability to handle complex, multi-solution environments efficiently.

Solutions Engineer 4 years

As a Solution Engineer at BMB Lebanon, this was the role where I spent most of my career. It was my first job, so I was a complete newbie, learning everything the hard way through hands-on experience. Over time, I gained expertise across a wide range of responsibilities, from presales development to implementation, project management, and post-implementation support.

My role involved gathering requirements, designing solutions, troubleshooting, and developing components for implementation. This breadth of experience allowed me to work on multiple products and become deeply familiar with each stage of the solution lifecycle.

Through this journey, I developed a strong foundation in both the technical and business aspects of solution engineering, growing from an inexperienced newcomer to a well-rounded professional capable of managing complex projects.
